Cumulative Distribution Hurdles: Joint Venture

Enter annual period contribution and distribution flows. The hurdles are based on total distributed to investor. i.e. up to $2MM return x/y split of cash flow; from $2MM to $4Mm return a new x/y split. This is a bit easier to understand than IRR hurdles and preferred equity can be structured with this.
